The Food Service Exclusive Alliance Inc. (FSEA) is a Canadian owned and operated Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) focussed on “Multi-Unit Chain/Contract Catering” businesses operating in the Canadian Food Service marketplace.
Utilizing almost 20 years of Canadian and Global Food Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Operations and Procurement experience; we have the expertise to help your organization “close the gap” on uncompetitive product and service costs. As FSEA is an independent organization we only answer to and take direction from our Member Partners.
As such, we work alongside and in partnership with our Member Partners, helping them achieve the benefits of “Purchasing Power”, but without “strengthening” a large corporate competitor in the process.

You Choose When To Participate – We are a “compliant based” GPO, but you can decide whether or not to participate in a category opportunity. FSEA “will never” cause you to lose a customer forcing you to “comply”
You Choose Your Distribution Partner – With other GPO’s you may be forced to follow a singular Distribution platform, in order to join that organization. FSEA offers “choice” in Distribution following our “Controlled Distribution” national platform.
Product Cutting Participation – As a Member Partner, you will always have the ability to participate in “all” product cuttings. Change will not happen without your input.
