Our Team
- President
With 20+ years of Food Service professional experience, having been employed with Manufacturing, Distribution
and Food Service Operating companies. He brings with him experience working in Sales, Marketing and Purchasing.
In his last tenure, which was spent as Director of Procurement at Compass Group Canada, he used a combination
of his previous experience, to help deliver superior results in cost savings for the organization.
In the summer of 2009, upon having the ability to work under contracts for some well respected Food service
Operators, it became very apparent that there was definitely a need to have a GPO set up, that would target Canadian Food Service chains,
who were clearly at a distinct disadvantage when it came to their purchasing power. the gap in costs between operators was astounding.
Starting with 3 initial clients, Glen rolled out the initial business plan for FSEA, and immediately started delivering double digit savings results
for his clients.
As well, many tools were implemented to give these clients a respected and united voice as it related to their combined purchases.
At the end of the day, Glen's is high energy, professional and a proven negotiator, and thrives off delivering exceptional savings results for his
clients.
